Julia Anne Isner, 67, went home to be with Our Lord on Monday, January 9, 2023, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. She was the beloved fiancé of Steven Platko with whom she shared over 22 years together.
Julia was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on August 23, 1955 and was the daughter of the late Nick Opalenik and Mercedes (DeAnsert) Santiago. Julia attended business school and acquired her real estate license and practiced for several years.
Julia had a deep love for art. She was gifted at drawing and painting. She enjoyed music, attending concerts and was a fan of the WWF wrestling. Julia was a devout Catholic, a Eucharistic Minister, and volunteered in religious education for children. Above all, she loved Christ and her family.
In addition to her fiancé, Steven of Nashua, she is survived by her daughter Julie Opalenik, her siblings: Rick Hatfield, Catherine Rhoades, Jose Reyna, Magdalena Santiago and her husband Kelly Kightlinger, her grandchildren: Jessica, Taylor, Jacob, Julianna, and Jeremiah, and many nieces & nephews.
Julia was predeceased by her four siblings: Claire, Desiree, Michael Anthony (Tony), and Sareta (Sarah).
At Julia’s request, she will be interred in Erie, PA with her father. Arrangements entrusted to the care of ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
