Julie passed away unexpectedly on February 1, 2024. Born on June 29, 1961 in Waltham, MA and raised in Nashua, NH. She was the daughter of Sylvia (Maki) Ouellette and the late Norman Ouellette.
Julie was a graduate of Nashua High School. She was an employee of the former Modell’s Sporting Goods and more recently Floor and Decor. She recently left that position to become a full time caretaker for her mother to which her family is eternally grateful.
Julie was funny and a very sarcastic woman. She was a diamond in the rough cut clean and unabashedly unpolished. She endured so much in this life. She lost her true love John Piec to dementia and never found another love like that. Julie loved hard and fierce.
Julie leaves behind her son Tyler Poulin and his partner Carolyn. Her granddaughters Jordan, Ava and Lola. Sisters Cindy Maynard-Karg and her husband Al, Kathy Jones and her husband Larry, Norma Marcoux and her husband Arthur, Jill Naber and her husband Pat. She also leaves her brother Bruce Ouellette and his wife Denise. As well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Julie was pre-deceased by her father Norman Ouellette.
There will be no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to Julie’s Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, 216 E Dunstable Road, Nashua, on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024 at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Julie’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association. 225 North Michigan Avenue, Floor 17 Chicago, IL 60601. https://www.alz.orgArrangements have been entrusted to the care of ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 KINSLEY STREET, NASHUA.
