Mario Ferrier Dube

Mario “Mud” Ferrier Dube passed away unexpectedly on April 29, 2025, at the age of 57. Born on July 1, 1967, in Coaticook, Québec, Canada, he was the beloved son of Bertrand Dube and Lise (Allaire) Dube.

For many years, Mario worked as a baker for Dunkin’ Donuts. He found happiness in the simple pleasures of life—fishing on quiet mornings, playing hockey with friends, challenging himself with video games, and sharing his infectious sense of humor.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Scott Dube. He also leaves behind his brother Donald Dube and a sister-in-law Dannielle, his sister Julie Dube, his cherished nieces and nephews Angelia Dube, Brian Dube, and Christopher Dube, and his great-nephew Jason Dube. Mario is also fondly remembered by numerous great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to Mario’s funeral mass at 10 a.m. in Saint Louis de Gonzague Church on Friday, May 23rd. Kindly meet at church. Following his funeral mass, his family asks all guests to efficiently make their way to St. Louis Cemetery by 11:15 a.m. for his interment.
