Marion Michaud

Hudson, NH – Marion Michaud passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on 18 Jul 2024.  Marion was born in Heath, MA Oct 10, 1940, the daughter of the late Wallace “Joe” Tatro and Mabel (Sprague) Tatro.  
Marion was raised in Stamford, VT and attended the local schools.  She worked in factories after her family was grown.  Marion was an angel placed on earth as everyone who met her loved her.  She always found the ‘good’ in people.  She had a way of always knowing what to say during good times and hardships.  She loved with all her heart!  She loved a vegetable garden.  Picking the fresh produce to preserve for all to enjoy when the snow would fall.  She loved to sit and watch the hummingbirds at the feeders.  It was the simple things in life that would make her smile.  
She is survived by her husband Roland “Ron” Michaud, two daughters Gail McGillvary and her husband Dan McGillvary of Hudson, NH, Sandra Bartlett and her husband AJ Bartlett of Whitingham, VT and a son Floyd Smith and spouse Sara Adkins of Rock Falls, WI; a step-daughter Tamye Caron of Hudson, NH; two (2) step-sons Kevin Michaud of Hudson, NH and Brian Michaud of Nashua, NH; eight (8) grandchildren, three (3) step-grandchildren, eighteen (18) great grandchildren and one (1) step great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.  Her siblings all pre-deceased her Fred Tatro, Betty Whitaker, Laura Janovsky, Don Tatro, and Martha Tatro.
A family Celebration of Life was held to celebrate the wonderful life of Marion at the First Baptist Church of Hudson which Marion was a member.  Anyone wishing to remember Marion may send donations to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (alzfdn.org) or Home Health and Hospice Care (hhhc.org/how-to-help/donate) in her memory.
