Mary Jane (Russo) Heffernan passed away on November 17, 2022; at the age of 75, after a long battle with Alzheimers. Although Alzheimers robbed her of her mind early in life, her warmth, caring nature and beautiful smile still brightened a room.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Douglas Heffernan. Mary Jane was passionate about her faith and family. She was a devout Catholic, volunteering many hours to her church community. She loved hosting the family reunions every year, and never saw it as a task, but rather a great joy. She always had an uncanny ability to find happiness in even her daily activities. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone around her. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
