Michelle Lorraine (Lowe) Morency, 1/17/1965-2/11/2018

NASHUA- It is with a heavy and broken heart that I announce the passing of my wife, Michelle at the age of 53. She passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Mass General Hospital in Boston after a tough fight and courageous battle for 2 ½ years against pancreatic cancer. She is the beloved wife of Mark E. Morency with whom she shared 32 wonderful years of marriage.

Prior to her illness, Michelle was employed by the Counseling Center of Nashua as well as New Hampshire Orthopedic Center.

Michelle and her family loved to take many vacations together from Orlando, FL, to the mountains of Virginia, and many destinations in New Hampshire. She was also very talented in many arts and crafts. She truly loved her life and her family.

In addition to her husband, Michelle is survived by her three children, Melynda Castle and her husband Craig, Mark Morency II, and Alek Morency; three beautiful grandchildren, Cayden, Meghan and Cullen Castle. She is also survived by her sister, Monica Lowe and her brother Mark Lowe; as well as many dear friends. Michelle will also be missed by her faithful companion, her Scottish Terrier, Paisley, who never left Michelle’s side.

Michelle was predeceased by her mother, Maxine (Von Dette) Dumont who died in 2011.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on SATURDAY, February 17th from 2 until 6 PM at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Her Funeral Service will take place in the Funeral Home on Saturday at 5:30 PM. Burial will be held at the convenience of her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michelle’s name to AstraZeneca Hope Lodge Center, 125 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130.
