Norman J. Cote, 85, died peacefully at his home on Friday, June 18, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. He is the beloved husband of Therese Y. (Barlow) Cote with whom he shared 62 years of marriage.
Norman was born in Nashua on November 16, 1935, and was the son of the late Alphonse and Marcia (Theroux) Cote. He received his education in the Nashua School System.
He proudly served in the United States Army until he was honorably discharged.
For 30 years, he was employed in the packaging and shipping department at Anheuser-Busch Brewery in Merrimack until his retirement.
Norman was a lifetime member of the Club National in Nashua and also a member of the Nashua Senior Center where he would love to go to play his favorite game, cribbage. For the past 13 years, he and his wife, Therese would winter in Bonita Springs, Florida which is time they truly cherished. Above all, his most special time was spent with his loving family.
In addition to his wife Therese, he is survived by his four children, Denise Vartabedian and her husband Robert of Nashua, Celeste Cote and her husband Thomas Buckley of Francestown, Michelle Cote and her partner Lynette Sinclair of Natick, MA, as well as David Cote of Nashua. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Tyler Vartabedian of Nashua and Alana Sinclair of Natick, MA.
Relatives and friends are invited to Norman’s Funeral Mass on FRIDAY, June 25th at 10 AM in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 W Hollis Street, Nashua. KINDLY MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua. Arrangements entrusted to ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
