Pamela Fariz Obituary

NASHUA- Pamela A. Fariz, 75, died peacefully on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. She is the beloved wife of James A. Fariz. They met at the Berkshire in Nashua and danced their way through 52 years of marriage together.

Pam was born in Nashua, NH on October 21, 1945, and was the daughter of the late Gilbert “Gibb” Denault and Agnes (Boska) Denault. She received her education in the Nashua School System and was a graduate of Nashua High School, class of 1963.

Early in her working career she left a job at Edgecomb Steel to raise her children, working nights at Davidson Travel Service. Being a Travel Agent gave her the opportunity to visit destinations all over the world, including Japan, Africa, Australia, Germany, Poland, England and many more. Pam then went on to a position in Human Resources at Continental PET Technologies, always going above and beyond to help employees.  Her last and favorite position was as a Transcriptionist for the Nashua Police Department, where she worked until her retirement.

Looking her best in matching everything, Pam loved to dance and she and Jim were the couple to watch at family gatherings and parties.  She also liked to do crafts, puzzles and play games.  Computer games, card games, board games - she crushed us on all - but her game of choice was Bingo. She would give rides to family members and friends who wanted to play but could no longer drive themselves. She also enjoyed visiting the family lake house, bus trips to local casinos with her sisters and friends and attending activities at the Nashua Senior Center.  Pam cherished time spent with her family and especially loved her role as Nana.

In addition to her husband, Jim, she is survived by her two children, Lisa Toli and her husband John of Windsor, SC and Michael G. Fariz and his wife Heather G. Lima of Nashua; her two grandchildren, Anna Toli and Jordan Fariz; as well as her three sisters; Valerie Denault of Nashua, Pauline “Chip” Davidson and her husband Donald of Florida, and Wendy and her husband Normand (deceased) Bourbeau of Nashua; along with many nieces and nephews.

Church Services for Pam will be held at St Patrick’s Church in Nashua on Tuesday, December 22nd. Her eulogy will begin at 9:20 AM with her funeral mass to follow at 9:30 AM. Her interment will take place next year at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Nashua followed by a celebration of her life. Arrangements entrusted to the care of ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
