Pasquale Vincent Cioffi

Pasquale Vincent Cioffi, age 93, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2025, in Hudson, NH. Born on December 3, 1931, in the Bronx, NY, Pasquale was a man of few words, but when he spoke, everyone listened. He had a dry sense of humor that was incredibly entertaining. He had a profound commitment to his family, whom he worshiped with unwavering dedication. His kind and loving nature was complemented by his exceptional skills as a carpenter, electrician, butcher, cook, and baker, bringing joy to those around him through his culinary creations.

Pasquale proudly served as a Corporal in the US Army during the Korean War, demonstrating both discipline and resilience. He began his career as a butcher in the Bronx for his family's business before advancing to become a Senior Technician at Technicolor/Motion Picture Labs in Manhattan, a role he performed with distinction.

In addition to his professional and military accomplishments, Pasquale was an avid hobbyist. He not only mastered the culinary arts but also enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending precious time teaching his grandchildren.

Pasquale leaves behind his beloved wife of 68 years, Ida Cioffi (DeMaddalena), and his daughters, Patti Cioffi Laster and her husband Artie and Lisa Cancellieri and her husband John.  He was a cherished grandfather to Giani Cancellieri, Alexa Conaway and Ian, Josh Laster and Karen, and Chase Laster and Sara.  He was also a great-grandfather to Luca Vincent, his namesake, Ava Olivia, Quinn Autumn, Elliott, and Benjamin.

Pasquale's life was one of service, love, and craftsmanship, leaving a lasting impact on everyone he knew. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a pillar of strength and love in his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to Pasquale’s visitation on SATURDAY, February 22nd from 10 until 11 AM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. His Funeral Service will follow in the Funeral Home at 11 AM. All are welcome to attend. Pasquale’s interment will take place at a later date in the New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery, Boscawen, New Hampshire.
