Patricia J. Bissonnette

CONCORD- Patricia J. Bissonnette, 91, died peacefully at Granite Ledges in Concord, New Hampshire on Thursday, February 27, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. She is the beloved wife of Raymond Bissonnette.

Patricia was born in Nashua on March 25, 1928, and was the daughter of the late Claude Raby Sr. and Maryjane (Salvail) Raby. She was a graduate of the 1946 class at Nashua High school and also a graduate of the St. Joseph School of Nursing.

For many years, she was employed as a registered nurse for Mass General Hospital in Boston and at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua until her retirement. Following her retirement, she volunteered as a school aide with special education students.

Pat was an avid traveler, traveling to over 50 different countries with her husband. She was extremely passionate about her family especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patricia always had a positive attitude and a wonderful sense of humor. She also loved to spend time with friends and family hosting birthday parties, holiday events, and enjoying lobster dinners. Patricia was also active in her church, attending weekly mass at St Joseph's in Nashua. She was an avid New York Yankees fan and always cheered on the New England Patriots, and of course, Tom Brady.

In addition to her husband, Raymond, she is survived by her daughter, Beth Bissonnette and her fiancé Stuart Bronson; her two sons, Marc Bissonnette of Wayne, New Jersey and William Bissonnette of Nashua; her grandchildren, Sarah Bissonnette, Cory Bissonnette, Cayla Bissonnette, Megan Bissonnette, Kilian Bronson; and her great-granddaughter, Gia Rose Bissonnette. She is also survived by her brother Edward Raby of Epsom, NH; her brother-in-law, Dr. Joseph Bouchard of Claremont, NH; and several nieces, nephews and cousins

Patricia was predeceased by her grandson, Nicholas Bissonnette and her brother Claude Raby Jr.

At the request of Patricia’s family, services will be held privately. Donations in her memory may be made to the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter.  Arrangements entrusted to the care of ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
