NASHUA- Robert E. LeRoy of Nashua died peacefully Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital in Lebanon, NH.
Robert was born on August 14, 1943 in Boston, Massachusetts and was the son of the late Paul N. and Jane B. LeRoy and his birth father Julius P. McGuire and was raised in the town of Braintree, Massachusetts.
He was a graduate of Marsfield Academy of cosmetology and was the former owner of two salons, Expressions and Expressions II in Merrimack and Hampshire Hills in Milford. He retired after 44 years and became an acrylic artist. His work was on display at the Mayor’s office and the Art Hub Gallery in Nashua. Currently, his work is on display at the Pheasant Lane Mall and St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Robert was an avid fisherman, loved the Patriots and Red Sox, and crossword puzzles. He was a fan of karaoke and won many karaoke contests. He loved life, nature and his wife and best friend, Mary Ann.
He leaves behind his wife, Mary Ann LeRoy of 25 years; his daughters, Justina A. Viens and her fiancé Robert Thomas; Judith Ann LeRoy and Danielle Rene LeRoy both of Manchester; his sons, Sean A. Viens and his wife Haley Turney of Texas, and Robert Patrick LeRoy and his wife Violeta of Loudon; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to Robert’s WALK THROUGH visitation on THURSDAY, August 20th from 4 until 8 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rochette Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
