Robert J. Morin, 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 11th, 2024, at Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson, NH. He was born on November 12th, 1931, in Nashua to the late Mayzano and Jeanne (Lucier) Morin.

Robert was a proud United States Navy Veteran, following his honorable discharge in 1955. Robert worked for the City of Nashua as a groundskeeper for Nashua Parks & Rec for 20 years before his retirement in 1992. He dedicated most of his life to coaching the Babe Ruth Baseball League of Nashua and coaching many of the Nashua youths. The city recognized these accomplishments by naming a baseball field near Holman Stadium in his name.

He is survived by his nieces Nancy Horn and Judy Morin Doherty, his nephews Richard Reedy, Barry Morin, Paul Morin, and David Morin. Robert was predeceased by both his parents, as well as his siblings Gertrude Morin Reedy, Estelle Morin Ermala, and Roger Morin.

Family and friends are invited to Robert’s Funeral Mass on FRIDAY, February 16th at 10 AM at St. Louis Church, 50 West Hollis Street, Nashua. His interment and Military honors will follow at St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
