Rolande L. Streeter, 98, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2025, at the Ridgewood Center in Bedford. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert St. Jean, who predeceased her in 1961, and Donald Streeter until his passing in 1997.
Born on September 1, 1927, in Quebec, Canada, Rolande was the daughter of the late Gaston and Amilienne (Martel) Lachance. Rolande was a woman of many talents and quiet joys. She found great pleasure in sewing and knitting, often crafting beautiful handmade items for loved ones. Her baking filled the house with comforting aromas and brought people together, especially during holidays and special occasions. Rolande loved reading, playing cards, and attending bingo nights, where her cheerful spirit and sense of fun were always on display. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family, building a life centered around love, care, and connection.
Rolande is survived by eight of her children: Donald Streeter and his wife Connie of Nebraska, Louise Breen of Nashua, Robert St. Jean and his wife Mary of Pelham, Joel Streeter and his wife Rose of Michigan, Richard St. Jean and his wife Christine of Andover, MA, Philip Streeter and his wife Mary of Litchfield, Paul St. Jean and his wife Carol of Alton, and Karen Joseph and her husband Gary of Florida.
