Ronald Paul Klink, 78, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Nashua Post Acute Care. Born on August 30, 1947, in Abington, Pennsylvania, Ron was the son of the late Paul and Anne (Scholl) Klink. He was the beloved husband of Anita (Gile) Klink, with whom he shared many happy years until her passing in 1999.

Ronald worked for many years as a machinist at Costa Precision, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication to his craft.

A man who truly appreciated life's simple pleasures and adventures, he loved fishing for rainbow trout at Lake Warren and Gustin Pond. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast who looked forward to riding and attending Bike Week. He enjoyed camping trips on the island of Lake Warren, along the Connecticut River, and Rangeley Lake in Maine. Traveling was another of Ronald’s passions, especially his visits to Venice, Italy, where he could often be found enjoying a glass of wine and a baguette while watching the world go by from a quiet spot. You could often find Ron in one of his spots at the closest airport naming the make or model of each plane taking off and landing.

Ronald made his home in the small town of Acworth, a community he wholeheartedly embraced. Known as the person to call whenever someone needed a helping hand, he was always willing to lend his time, talents, and support to neighbors and friends. He took pride in watching over the town church and caring for the community he loved. He and Anita also enjoyed antiquing together, a pastime that ultimately led them to discover and fall in love with Acworth.

Above all else, Ronald treasured time spent with his family and grandchildren, whether it was attending Colby’s basketball games, watching Callie’s dance performances or watching Will and Hannah play in their yard as the planes flew overhead. He enjoyed Friday evening dinners with his dear friends, John and Stella Herpel, and cherished the friendship of his longtime companion, Jennifer Hassenbuhler.

Ronald will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, adventurous spirit, and unwavering devotion to those he loved. His presence will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his children Paul Klink and his wife Colleen of Nashua, and Lindsay Cowette and her husband Dan of Manchester; his grandchildren Colby Klink, Callie Klink, William Cowette, and Hannah Cowette; his in laws Peg and Tim Bell, Bill and Paula Gile, and Nancy Nicholas; as well as nephews Matthew Gile and his wife Shannon, Christopher Gile and John Bell and his wife Leah and daughter Juniper.

In addition to his wife and his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his beautiful dear daughter, Elizabeth.

Family and friends are invited to Ronald’s funeral service on FRIDAY June 19th at 10:30 AM at The United Church of Acworth, 16 Town Hall Road, Acworth, NH. His interment will follow at Acworth Cemetery.
