Rose M. Normandin Obituary

LOWELL, MA — Rose M. Hall, 59, of Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026, surrounded by the love of family and friends.

Born on October 4, 1966, in Lowell, she was the cherished daughter of Rudolph and Rita (Lefebvre) Normandin.

Rose was the beloved wife of Arcue "Butch" Hall, with whom she shared many years of love, companionship, and treasured memories.

Throughout her working years, Rose was employed as an assembler at Wang Laboratories and Lotus Development Corporation, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic.

Rose had a passion for music and loved attending concerts whenever she could. She enjoyed dancing, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite Boston sports teams. A devoted fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics, she rarely missed an opportunity to follow a game and celebrate her teams' successes.

Above all, Rose will be remembered for her warm heart, loyal friendship, and the love she shared with those fortunate enough to know her. She leaves behind many friends whose lives were enriched by her kindness, laughter, and generous spirit.

She is survived by her loving husband, Arcue "Butch" Hall of Lowell; her brothers, Rudy Normandin and his wife Robin of Conway, Ronald Normandin and his wife Amparo of Clayton, North Carolina, and Randy Normandin of Hudson; her sister-in-law, Susan Normandin of North Berwick, Maine; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Rudolph and Rita Normandin; her brother, Richard Normandin; and her sister-in-law, Trisha Jarvis.

Rose's memory will be treasured forever by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.
