NASHUA- Roy Lee McCullough, 76, died peacefully Sunday evening, May 24, 2020, at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua. Roy was the beloved husband of Elmina (Jacques) McCullough.
Roy was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on November 20, 1943 and was the son of the late Fleming and Lucile (Lowery) McCullough.
After 25 years of service, Roy retired from the MBTA in 1998.
In his free time he enjoyed road trips, the casino, and movies.
In addition to his wife, Elmina, he is survived by his son, Randy McCullough; his grandchildren, Khalel and Quentin McCullough; and his great-granddaughter Kaelyn McCullough . Roy is also survived by his siblings, Helen (McCullough) Grier, Lois (McCullough) Stewart, Robert McCullough, and Jack McCullough; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Roy was predeceased by his three siblings, Dorothy (McCullough) Mazes, Susan (McCullough) Harris, and Fleming McCullough Jr.
Due to current public health and safety concerns, funeral services for Roy will be limited to immediate family members and held privately.
