Therese G. (Turcotte) Trottier

Therese G. (Turcotte) Trottier, 93, of Nashua, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 28, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Leon H. Trottier with whom she shared 28 years of marriage until he passed on March 27, 1979.

  Therese was born in Taunton, Massachusetts on January 9, 1928. She was the beloved daughter of the late Ernest Jr. and Rosabelle (Fredette) Turcotte and is survived by one sister, Jeanne Calder of Lunnenberg Ma.

 In her early years she worked for Isadore's Beauty Salon and then owned and operated her own beauty shop in Nashua while raising a family.  In her free time, she loved to knit and needlepoint and was avid bowler.  Above all else, she truly cherished the time she spent with her loving family and especially enjoyed her role of Memere and Mem Mem loving all her babies.

 She is survived by her children; Patricia Robitaille and her husband Charles of Bedford, Robert Trottier and his wife Denise of Chester, Richard Trottier and his wife Bridget of Litchfield and daughter-in-law Louise Trottier of Nashua.  Therese is predeceased by her son Leon R. Trottier and daughter Cynthia M. Denya.  Therese leaves her beautiful grandchildren, Lauren Lennon, Sharon Decolfmacker, Candace Sullivan, Tim Trottier, Robby Trottier, Nicole Bartlett, Paul Denya, Kimberly Bermani and Kelli Shaw. She is also survived by several step grandchildren as well as 18 great-grandchildren. 

 Relatives and friends are invited to Therese’s WALK THORUGH visitation on February 4, 2021 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 5th at 10:00 AM at St. Louis de Gonzague Church. Interment to follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
