Tony Yomi Macaulay, 66, died peacefully at Saint Joseph Hospital on Monday, April 4, 2022. He is the beloved husband of Blessing Palms with whom he spent 17 years of marriage.
Tony was born in Edo State, Nigeria on March 7, 1956, and was the son of the late Alex A. Eriwionghae and Alice (Igbinigie) Eriwionghae.
Prior to his retirement in 2017, Tony spent much of his career as a technician employed by the state of Tennessee.
Listening to music, dancing, and spending time with family and friends was important to Tony and he was regarded as very friendly and easy to get along with. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching and attending soccer, basketball, and football games. Whenever able, Tony especially enjoyed traveling and had an interest in learning new cultures.
In addition to his wife Blessing, Tony is survived by son Osabuohien Osuki and his daughter Osatohenwen Macaulay of Nashua, brother Alex Godwin of New York City, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to Tony’s visitation on MONDAY, April 18th from 10 AM until 12 Noon. His Funeral Service will follow in the Funeral Home at Noon. Interment in Edgewood Cemetery, Nashua.
