Vivian E. Gorman, 98 of Nashua, passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 22, 2023, at Langdon Place in Nashua. She was born in Nashua on July 7, 1925, to the late Charlemagne and Anna (Henry) Lanoie.
Vivian received her education in the Nashua School District. She was the widow of Alfred Gorman, who passed away in 1976. For many years she was employed as a secretary at Lockhead Sanders.
In her free time, Vivian enjoyed singing, she was a member of the Actors/singers Guild here in Nashua. She was also a very avid walker, not getting her drivers license until much later in life. She also enjoyed gardening.
Vivian is survived by her four nieces, Leslie King and her late husband David Michael King of Sarasota, FL, Holly Tamposi of Sarasota, FL, Cynthia Tamposi of Hudson, Maria Demetri and her husband Greg of North Reading, MA, as well as many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her brother John Lanoie.
The family would like to thank Langdon Place for their care and compassion shown to Vivian throughout her time at their community.
Family and friends are invited to Vivians’s funeral mass on WEDNESDAY August 30th at 10 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis Street, Nashua.
