Walter G. Cepulinski, 87, of Nashua, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at The Inn at Fairview surrounded by his loving family. He is the beloved husband of Priscilla A. (Depont) Cepulinski with whom he shared 56 wonderful years of marriage.
Walter was born in Lowell, Massachusetts on November 14th, 1933, and was the son of the late Josephine (Siara) and John Cepulinski. Walter was a graduate of Lowell High School, class of 1952. He proudly served his country in the United States Army until he was honorably discharged in December of 1962. For 37 years, Walter was employed as a missile assembler for Raytheon at their Lowell and Andover locations until his retirement in 1995.
In his free time, he enjoyed polka dancing, woodworking, golfing, skiing, swimming, reading history books, and traveling with his wife. He was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed all Boston sports. He loved his family vacations at the beaches in Maine.
In addition to his wife, Priscilla, he is survived by his three children, Karen Nerden and her husband John of Chesterfield, VA, Jennifer McInerney of Nashua, and Amy Buckmire and Steve Braithwaite of Manchester; his four grandchildren, James McInerney and Joshua McInerney, Jordan Buckmire and Jahlen Buckmire; as well as one great-granddaughter.
The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the wonderful staff at The Inn at Fairview in Hudson, for the outstanding care and love given to Walter.
There are no visiting hours. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, July 28th at 11 AM at St. Aloysius of Gonzaga Church, 50 W Hollis Street, Nashua, NH. Interment will follow at St. Louis Cemetery.
