William McKinley “Bill” “Cowboy” Tennant, Jr., 69, died unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
Cowboy was born in Boston, Massachusetts on December 8, 1954 and was the son of the late William M. Sr. and Lorraine (Burke) Tennant. He received his education in the Brighton School System and was a graduate of Brighton High School in Massachusetts. He continued his education by attending classes at Berkley.
For many years, he was employed as a machinist for various companies.
Cowboy loved and cherished anything regarding music. He played the guitar and drums and his in younger years was a member of the band, “Unlimited Time.” He was always so proud to say that he opened for artists such as Aerosmith and the Beach Boys. He was a member of the Polish American Club in Nashua. Above all, his most cherished time was spent with his family and friends.
Bill is survived by his three children, Lisa Felix of Leominster, Massachusetts, William M. Tennant III of Norton, MA, and Christopher Tennant, currently deployed; his eight grandchildren, and sister, Brenda Tennant and her husband William Franks of Merrimack. He is also survived by his two nieces, Michele and Stefanie and many friends.
Bill was predeceased by his son, Adrian Tennant.
At Bill’s families’ request, services will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the care of ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES.
