Yolande E. Plamondon

Yolande E. (Duval) Plamondon, 95, died peacefully at home on Friday, April 28, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Harvey K. Plamondon with whom she shared 72 beautiful years of marriage until his passing on September 8, 2021.

Yolande was born in Nashua, New Hampshire on October 26, 1927, and was the daughter of the late Omer and Marie Louise (Moreau) Duval. She attended schools in the Nashua School System.

For most of her life, Yolande proudly maintained her home and raising her four children however later in life she was employed in the Medical Records Department at St. Joseph Hospital until her retirement.

In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, reading and spending time in her yard, admiring the flowers that her husband had planted. She loved to travel especially to any New Hampshire Lake. Above all, her most cherished time was spent with her family, who she loved so deeply.

Yolande is survived by her four children, Kenneth Plamondon of Hudson, Louise Hoadley of North Carolina, Richard Plamondon and his wife Janet of Goffstown, and Mona Lavoie and her husband Ronald of Nashua; her nine grandchildren, Jennifer Lowke and her husband Bryan, Kyle Plamondon, Cynthia Tognarina and her husband Jason, Jill Rioux and her husband Peter, Melissa Carvalho and her husband Brian, Nathan Plamondon and his significant other Kathy Mack,  Bryan Plamondon and his wife Georgia, Tracy Farrell and her husband Scott, and Corinne Randall and her husband Allen. She is also survived by her 18 great grandchildren and an additional “one on the way” as well as her great-great grandchild and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by three siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to Yolande’s Funeral Mass on WEDNESDAY, Mary 3rd at 10 AM in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 W Hollis Street, Nashua. KINDLY MEET AT CHURCH. Her interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua. Arrangements entrusted to the care of ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nahua.
