If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials. The container we provide, which is required by state law, has a wooden base and a cardboard top.
*State and local laws do not require the purchase of a casket for cremation; however they are available to you. They range in price from $495 to $2895
SOME ITEMS ARE OPTIONAL. THEY MAY NOT BE NECESSARY IF YOU ARE SELECTING AN ALTERNATIVE TYPE OF SERVICE
Our general credit policy is that the entire funeral amount is due and payable prior to services being rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your convenience we also accept the use of debit cards. Credit or debit cards cannot be accepted as payment for pre-need services.
Acceptable credit arrangements include: assignable life insurance policies, entitled benefits from Veterans Administration and state or city welfare payments as well as One Main Financial, a lending institution.
A late fee of 1.5% (18% per year) will be assessed on any unpaid balances. These charges are incurred from the day services are selected. All credit accounts require that all cash advance items and merchandise to be paid prior to services being rendered.
As stated in the contract, should a default on payment occur, all reasonable attorney fees and court costs will be the responsibility of the person who is legally allowed to arrange the services and has signed the contract.
We regret that we are unable to accept settlement of estates through attorneys or probate courts as a means of financial arrangements. Any responsible parties are encouraged to apply for reimbursement from the estate. Once an estate has been established.
