Conrad J. Roussel

NASHUA- Conrad John Roussel, 68, went home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, June 30, 2017.
 
Born March 7, 1949, a lifelong resident of Nashua, NH, Roussel died peacefully, surrounded by those he loved at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Roussel was a member of the United States Navy, Army National Guard and a 27 year retiree of the United States Postal Service.
 
He was an avid New England sports fan, dedicated family man and proud father and grandfather. A lover of animals and nature, he believed in “looking out for the other guy.” A good man who will be missed by many.
 
He is survived by his daughter Michele Marie Roussel-Buckley, his granddaughter Ali Denise Buckley and grandson Jonathan Conrad Buckley, all of Nashua, NH, and former wife, Lise M. Roussel, of Manchester NH.
He is also survived by four brothers Ronald (Winifred) Roussel of Hudson, NH, Raymond (Kathleen) Roussel, of Nashua, NH, Albert Roussel of  Lake Peekskill, NY,  Marc ( Laura) Roussel of Merrimack, NH and one sister Louise Corrigan, of Merrimack, NH and many nieces and nephews.
 
He is predeceased by his parents fallen Acting Nashua Police Chief, Armand J. Roussel and his wife Yvette (LaChance) Roussel.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on SUNDAY, July 2nd from 6 until 8 PM at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. His Funeral Mass will be held on MONDAY, July 3rd at 10 AM in Blessed John XXIII Parish/Infant Jesus Church, 121 Allds Street, Nashua. Interment at 12:30 PM in the New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in his name to the Nashua Police Relief Association. P.O.Box 3011 Nashua NH 03061.
