Georges H. Nadeau

Georges H. Nadeau, 91, of Nashua passed away on Wednesday September 14, 2016 at Crestwood Nursing Home, Milford, NH.

Georges was born in St. Patrice de Beaurivage, Canada on November 27, 1924 a son of the late Cleophas and Georgiana (Lefebvre) Nadeau.  He was the widow of Evangeline (St. Pierre) Nadeau who died September 19, 2013.

Georges had been a resident of Nashua since 1965, moving from Coaticook, PQ Canada.  Prior to his retirement, he had been employed by Maple Leaf Construction for many years.  Georges was a communicant of St John XXIII at Infant Jesus Church.  He was predeceased by a son; Richard G. Nadeau and a grandson; Nathan Rousseau.  Georges was the last of eleven children.

Georges is survived by;

Two sons; Denis Nadeau of Candiac, PQ Canada and Michel Nadeau and his wife Donna of La Praire, PQ Canada

Seven daughters; Colette St. Pierre and her husband Joseph of Lexington, NC, Diane Ducharme and her husband Denis of Nashua, Pauline Nadeau of Hampton, NH, Chantal Boissonneault and her husband Richard of  Hudson, Carole Phaneuf and her husband Alan of Cranberry, PA, Claire Ferriero and her husband Lou of Candia, NH and Madeleine Rozumek and her husband Robert of Hampton, NH

31 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren

A daughter-in-law; Jerilyn Nadeau of Windham, NH

SERVICES:  Visiting hours will be held on Sunday September 18, 2016 from 4 to 8 PM in the Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. John XXIII at Infant Jesus Church, 121 Allds St., Nashua on Monday September 19, 2016 at 9:30 AM.  Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association PO Box 417005 Boston, MA 02241-7005 or to American Diabetes Association
