Kenneth Norman Michaud

NASHUA- Kenneth Norman “Ken” Michaud, 63, died peacefully at his home on Friday, January 13, 2017.

Ken was born in Nashua on December 17, 1953; he was the son of the late Norman O. and Marcella (Theiss) Michaud.  He was educated in the Nashua school system and was a graduate of Nashua High School.

Most recently, Ken was employed by Belletetes Inc. in Nashua and was previously employed for over 15 years as a salesman for Montgomery Ward and also for Jeannotte’s as a manager.

In his free time, Ken loved woodworking. He made his own furniture as well as furniture that can be found in homes across the country. He also enjoyed floral and vegetable gardening and was extremely knowledgeable about the music industry.

He is survived by his two children, Nicholas “Nick” Michaud and his significant other Kate of Portsmouth, NH and Maegan Dauphinais and her husband Nicholas of Weaverville, NC; his siblings, Charlie Michaud and his wife Lil of Nashua, Kathy Walter and her husband John of Hudson, and Karen Levesque and her husband Gary of Nashua; as well as several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

Ken was predeceased by his brother Leroy Michaud.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on FRIDAY, January 20th from 4 until 5:30 PM at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. A service will be held in the funeral home at 5:30 PM. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ken’s name to the Canterbury Shaker Village, Development Office, 288 Shaker Road, Canterbury, NH 03224.
