My entire family adored Uncle Bob. Our moments with him are cherished memories. From Donna, "Bob and Jackie always brightened up the room with their devotion to each other. " When he smiled I felt like the entire world was smiling, and his smile was so inspiring. He will always be one of the best treasures of my life.

Thinking of you all at this difficult time and keeping you in our prayers.. I have so many fond memories of Bob ..especially when he wanted me to teach him to do some Texas dance (oh how we laughed!) and every time we saw him he always winked and called me "Tex" ..He brought a lot of happiness into this world and you must have so many wonderful memories !

There are no words to describe how I feel, my heart is heavy for the family and certainly for Nana Jackie. In the short time that I've known grandpa Bob he's always had a smile and a kind word.

Dearest Jackie and Family. Uncle Bob was the sweetest, most gentle man I have ever met and I don't remember a time being in his company when he wasn't smiling or telling a little joke. He certainly cherished life and embraced all the good it had to offer. I will remember him fondly as he surely enhanced my life. Love to all at this very difficult time.

My sincerest condolences on your loss. "Don't fight it, write it" made me smile-I remember that command when a nursing student in the 70's. Mr. Dion was a wonderful instructor and I enjoyed interactions with him while working at SJH in years to follow.
