Walter M. Novak

Nashua – Walter M. Novak, 70, of Nashua passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday May 17, 2017.

Walter was born in Boston, MA on March 10, 1947. He was the son of the late Maxim and Louisa (Fossetti) Novak.

Walter had been employed by O’Reilly Auto parts as a delivery driver.  He was an avid fan of the NY Giants, the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Celtics.  He loved to read, study history and watch movies, but his greatest love was his grandchildren.

Walter is survived by his fiancée, Donna Hennessey of Nashua, his three daughters, Samantha McCarthy and her husband Colin of Bedford, MA, Tracy Torra and her husband Anthony of Tewksbury, MA and Karen Pistone and her husband Gaetano of Tewksbury, MA.  Five grandchildren, Aidan, Liam, Taya, Tenley and Gaetano IV, a sister Susan Richards and her husband John of New York and a brother Robert “Bobby” Novak and his wife Gail of Texas as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday May 22, 2017 from 7 to 9 PM in the ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on TUESDAY, May, 23rd at 10:00 AM in St. Rose of Lima Church, 601 Broadway, Chelsea, MA. Everyone is invited to meet at the church.  Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, MA.
