Auntie joy,
we are so so missing you, we will never forget you and you will always be our auntie joy, and Sean our little cousin....we are so sad,and so upset that you are not here with us,'but we're trying hard to stay strong and remember all the great things you have done for us,and all the wonderful times we had laughing and joking and the ice bucket challenges you called us out to do,you always knew how to cheer me up when I was having a bad day, your heart was so big,and you loved everybody so much, you were so caring and loving, but most of all fair, you never judged us and would always tell me that no one person is better than another. You always were so proud of me,and you always told me to have confidence and stand proud. I myself was able to tell you anything. You introduced me to wonderful friends along the way like Pauline your neice, and Angela from gateways. My mom says as long as we are missing you, that means we love you,) We want you to know , We miss you like crazyy, and we love you with all our hearts. God bless you our auntie, and always remember I'll always be your pickle girl, lol'

There are just no words to express my sorrow for Joys family. I remember Joy in her young years dating my son Michael Regan. I had so many nice times with them. Over the years with Facebook I was able to enjoy seeing Joy with her beautiful son. In my heart I always wished my son could reunite with her. She was my favorite, and Im glad I told her so. I pray that Joys family can remember and cherish her memory through her son. You will forever be in my prayers. Joy will be truely missed in my heart ❤️

Joy and I are close friends, we met through gateways community services, My eldest daughter suffers from cerebral Paulsy , and one day joy told me she could help me establish respite for my daughter, from the moment we met, we were instantly friends, she was an amazing caring, sweet woman whom would give the shirt right off her back to anyone that was in need. She met my children, and my parents and then my sisters and brothers and honestly joy was a very large part of my family, my children called her auntie, my parents basically adopted her, my mom and my father loved this girl with all there heart,Joy and I fought like siblings ,but we always made up. I taught her to sew, a couple years ago, and together her and I made beautiful lap quilts. The day before joy passed away, she and I took a trip , and we bought some beautiful fabric to start making our lap quilts for this winter for Christmas presents, and she picked out 3 expensive pieces and we surfed the web for new techniques and I assured her that together we would make the most beautiful quillts and she and I were so excited...My heart is broken, I'm so sad with her passing away, I've not just lost my best friend, but I've lost a sister, and my girls have lost there auntie.Joy was so kind, and she could be very stubborn also at times,no matter what she always had evryones best interest at heart, and the one love of her life was her son, he was and will always be the center of her universe! I love you and I'm going to miss you joy, and I want you to know, my family is having an extremely hard time with this , and I know in time our hearts will heal, but I need you to know, You will always be remembered and honored in my family, you will always be my bestest friend, I LOVE YOU ALWAYS!
