So much time has passed since our family had such great neighbors on Ferson St. Mr. Brodeur was such a nice man. I remember all the times Roanne and I were invited to go in the pool. Not many people had a pool on our street, but, when Brenda or Janet were using the pool, we always had an invitation.
Also, I remember how good Mr. Brodeur's lawn always looked! Yup! And those bushes with the blue or red things on them that looked like berries, but weren't. Yes, those bushes were PERFECTLY cut.
What a nice man. Remembering him and your family brought back very fond memories of time gone by. I live in FL now, but my time being your neighbor will always be remembered!

Brenda and family, I am very saddened to hear the news of Mr. Brodeur's passing. Although many years have passed since growing up right down the street, spending days and nights with Brenda at their house, I remember him always being a very nice person. Over the years I have seen him and his wife walking around the neighborhood and out in the yard, he would always wave. Warm thoughts and prayers to all of you at this most difficult time.
